Scope & Applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all training programs and courses offered by Hejex Technology, including but not limited to:

  • Full Stack Developer Course (Java + Python + React)
  • Java Full Stack Developer Course
  • Python Full Stack Developer Course
  • React JS Training
  • Data Analytics Course
  • Selenium Testing Course
  • Web Development Course
  • UI/UX Design Course
  • Any future courses or programmes offered by Hejex Technology
ℹ️ This policy applies to both classroom and live online course formats. The enrolment date is the date on which your fee payment is confirmed and your seat is reserved.

Full Refund — 100% of Course Fees

You are eligible for a full refund of the course fee paid (minus ₹500 non-refundable registration fee) if both of the following conditions are met:

Example: You enrolled on 1 May, attended the first demo class on 2 May, and submit your refund request on 5 May before the second class. You will receive a full refund minus ₹500.

Partial Refund — 50% of Course Fees

You are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee paid (registration fee non-refundable) if both of the following conditions are met:

⚠️ Note: If you have attended 5 or more classes but your request falls within 14 days, only the classes attended condition applies — you will not be eligible for a partial refund once you have attended your 5th class.

No Refund Circumstances

No refund will be issued in any of the following circumstances:

  • The student has attended 5 or more classes, regardless of the number of days since enrolment
  • More than 14 calendar days have passed since the enrolment date, regardless of classes attended
  • The student has completed the course or received a completion certificate
  • Refund is requested due to change of mind after the eligible window has passed
  • The student is found to have shared, distributed, or misused any course materials
  • Refund request is made by a third party and not the enrolled student
  • The student was removed from the course due to violation of institute rules or code of conduct
  • Courses purchased under a special promotional offer or discount (unless otherwise stated in the offer terms)

Batch Reschedule & Course Deferral

Before requesting a refund, students are encouraged to consider the following alternatives at no additional cost:

  • Batch Transfer: Switch to a different batch (weekday ↔ weekend ↔ online) once at no charge, subject to seat availability
  • Course Deferral: Pause and resume the same course within 3 months of the original enrolment date — available once per enrolment
  • Course Switch: Transfer fees to another available course at Hejex Technology — a one-time course switch is permitted within the first 14 days

How to Request a Refund

    Include Required Details Your registered mobile number · Course name · Enrolment date · Number of classes attended · Reason for refund request

    Acknowledgement You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days of submitting your request.

    Eligibility Review Our team will verify enrolment date and class attendance records. You will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days.
  • 5
    Refund Processed Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank transfer / UPI / debit card) within 10–15 business days of approval.

General Conditions

  • The ₹500 registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstance
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment instrument only — cash refunds are not available
  • In cases of partial payment (EMI), refund amounts are calculated on the total course fee, not instalments paid
  • Hejex Technology reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to operational reasons; in such cases, a full refund will be offered if the student cannot join the rescheduled batch
  • If Hejex Technology cancels a course before commencement, a 100% refund including registration fee will be issued within 7 business days
  • This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection laws
  • Hejex Technology reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; the current version on the website applies to all new enrolments from the effective date
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
